Child Safety Standards

Effective / updated: 3 October 2026

Strict prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

Funny Room (com.funnyroomdev.funnyroom), provided by AVORA Digital, strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This applies to profiles, rooms, audio, messages, Moments, images, videos, links and all other use of the service. It includes grooming, sexual solicitation or exploitation of minors, sextortion, child sex trafficking, and creating, uploading, distributing or promoting CSAM, including AI-generated or manipulated depictions.

In-app reporting

Users can report profiles/content through Report and send safety concerns through Contact Us / Online Service without leaving the app. Select Child safety / CSAE when available or clearly state the concern. Include account ID, room or content reference and approximate time. You may also block unwanted users. Do not download, forward or attach suspected CSAM to a report; provide the existing reference instead.

Safety contact

Child safety concerns and questions about these standards go to AVORA Digital, the Funny Room operator, at officialavora7@gmail.com. Use the subject “Funny Room — Child Safety”. This is also the official project contact inbox. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child protection authority.

Response and removal

Authorized safety staff review reports and available evidence. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on Funny Room, we remove or disable access to it, take appropriate account restrictions and preserve only evidence required for lawful reporting, security or investigation. Confirmed CSAE may result in a permanent ban. We do not require users to circulate harmful material to prove a report.

Legal escalation and prevention

We comply with applicable child safety laws, including reporting confirmed CSAM to the relevant regional authority or legally designated reporting organization when required. Access to safety records is limited to authorized personnel. Moderation, reporting, blocking and support are used to address abuse; these measures do not guarantee that every violation will be detected automatically.

Scope and updates

These standards apply to every account, including adult users, and do not depend on whether the app is directed at children. The public standards are available without an account. Reports, moderation records and limited evidence are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Updates are published here with a date.
