These terms govern Funny Room, provided by AVORA Digital, including accounts, rooms, messages, Moments, digital items and community participation. Read these terms, the Privacy Policy, Community Rules and Child Safety Standards before creating an account or posting content. Contact officialavora7@gmail.com with questions.
Accounts and eligibility
Provide accurate information, comply with the age restrictions shown in the app/store and applicable law, and protect your account. Do not impersonate others or claim an official role without authorization. Permanent IDs and referral linking follow the server-controlled rules shown in the app. Do not share passwords, verification codes or account access.
User content and conduct
You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights and consent needed to share it. You permit Funny Room to store, transmit, display and process it as needed to operate the selected feature and moderate abuse. This permission does not transfer ownership. Abuse, hate, harassment, obscene or illegal content, scams, illegal recharge, unauthorized disclosure of private data and promotion of other apps are prohibited. CSAE, grooming, sextortion, trafficking and CSAM are strictly prohibited.
Digital items and purchases
Coins, gifts, levels and other virtual items are digital features governed by the prices, eligibility, validity and reward rules displayed in the service. They are not a bank account or a general currency. Do not assume a cash redemption right. Any eligible creator/agency payment is subject to its separate authorized program and verification. Purchases and refunds follow the applicable store rules and mandatory consumer rights. Fraud, receipt manipulation, chargeback abuse and unauthorized sellers may lead to restrictions; rules do not remove statutory rights.
Safety and enforcement
Use Report, Block and Contact Us for harmful users/content or complaints. Authorized moderators may review relevant content and evidence, remove content, mute or remove users from rooms, suspend accounts or ban serious/repeated offenders. Decisions should consider severity, evidence and applicable law. Contact support to seek review of an action. Child safety reports are handled under the published standards.
Deletion and service availability
You may request account deletion in Settings or through our public deletion page. The cooling deadline, verification and limited retention are described there and in the Privacy Policy. Service availability and features may change; we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We will respect mandatory consumer rights and existing verified entitlements when addressing disputes.
Rights, limits and updates
Do not misuse the service, interfere with its security or infringe other people’s rights. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable mandatory laws continue to apply. Updated terms are published with their date; changes requiring renewed acceptance should be presented before further participation.
